US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Rule to Preserve Trust Benefits for Livestock Sellers Under Packers and Stockyards Act

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule revising regulations under the Packers and Stockyards Act to provide instructions for livestock sellers to preserve their interest in a statutory livestock dealer trust, and to require livestock dealers to maintain records related to credit sales.
