USDA Proposes Updates to User Fees for Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection Services

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing to update and amend the user fee regulations for the agricultural quarantine and inspection (AQI) program, which covers commercial vessels, trucks, railroad cars, aircraft, and international passengers arriving at US ports, to make the revenue stream more stable and clarify requirements for electronic payments and statements.
