USDA Issues Final Rule on Guaranteed Loanmaking and Servicing Regulations

The USDA Rural Development agency is issuing a final rule to amend the Business and Industry Guaranteed Loan Program, allowing for flexibility in obligating Federal funds for guaranteed loans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, following public comments on the interim rule published in 2020.
