EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Pollution Control District Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing reasonably available control technology requirements and negative declarations for the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards in Kern County.
