EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Emissions Statement Rule for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which meets the state's emissions statement requirement for the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard under the Clean Air Act.
