DoD Proposes Updates to DFARS to Implement FY 2020 National Defense Authorization Act Requirements

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to include new requirements for submitting data other than certified cost or pricing data, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
