FEMA Publishes Revised NFIP Regulations Reflecting Biggert-Waters and HFIAA

FEMA published a final rule on July 20, 2020, revising NFIP regulations to codify provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012 and the Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014, and to clarify existing NFIP rules.
