FAA Issues Superseding Airworthiness Directive for Turboméca S.A. ARRIEL 2B Turboshaft Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a superseding airworthiness directive (AD) for Turboméca S.A. ARRIEL 2B turboshaft engines to address reports of stuck controller axles, which can lead to loss of control of engine fuel flow, engine overspeed, and in-flight engine shutdown.
