US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian PTFE Resin Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin from India is being or likely to be sold in the US at less than fair value, with the investigation period spanning January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020.
