FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Leonardo S.p.a. Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Leonardo S.p.a. Model AB412 and AB412 EP helicopters to address an unsafe condition related to fatigue, requiring the establishment of a life limit for high landing gear aft crosstubes.
