FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Leonardo AW109SP Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a new airworthiness directive (AD) to address an unsafe condition on certain Leonardo AW109SP helicopters, following reports of an ineligible hydraulic pump being installed on the aircraft.
