CFTC Proposes Revision to Position Limits Regime for Agricultural Commodities

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is proposing a revision to its proposed modification to the aggregation provisions of part 150, which addresses when aggregation is required on the basis of ownership of a greater than 50 percent interest in another entity, following the publication of a notice of proposed modifications on November 15, 2013.
