VA High Risk List Action Plan, Managing Risks, and Improving VA Health Care

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has released an update to its High Risk List Action Plan, detailing actions taken from March 2020 to May 2021 and future plans to improve VA health care, following critiques from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO).
