EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Hot Mix Asphalt Facilities to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NSPS for Hot Mix Asphalt Facilities to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The EPA is seeking an additional 30 days for public comments on the proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently set to expire on December 31, 2021.
