EPA Approves Texas Plan for Meeting Clean Air Act Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of Texas' State Implementation Plan, outlining how the state meets Clean Air Act requirements for nonattainment areas in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston-Galveston-Brazoria, and Bexar County, in compliance with the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
