Tennessee Gets Final EPA Approval for Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The State of Tennessee has received final approval from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for revisions to its Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Program, which includes codification of the revised program and incorporation of relevant state statutes and regulations.
