EPA Proposes Deletion of Beckman Instruments Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed rule to remove the Beckman Instruments site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
