EPA Proposes Approval of Rhode Island's Plan to Address Ozone NAAQS Interstate Transport Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Rhode Island's submission to the Clean Air Act, which addresses the state's requirements to prohibit emissions that contribute to nonattainment of the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) in other states.
