Nasdaq Grants Exemption to Nasdaq BX for Rule Filing Requirements

Nasdaq BX, Inc. has been granted an exemption by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC and Nasdaq BX, Inc. from filing certain rules with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Section 36(a) of the Exchange Act, effective immediately.
