EPA Extends Compliance Date for Phenol, Isopropylated Phosphate (3:1) Under TSCA Section 6(h)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the regulations for phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), extending the compliance date for processing and distribution of certain articles and recordkeeping requirements for manufacturers, processors, and distributors until March 8, 2022.
