Western Area Power Administration Publishes Call for Applications for 2025 Resource Pool

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is issuing a call for applications for the 2025 Resource Pool, a program that allocates firm power from the Loveland Area Projects (LAP) to new preference entities, with the first reallocation set to occur on October 1, 2024.
