US Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duties on Aluminum Foil from Oman

The US Department of Commerce has determined that producers and exporters of certain aluminum foil from Oman are receiving subsidies, and as a result, will impose countervailing duties on the imported aluminum foil.
