FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Leonardo S.p.a. Helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Leonardo S.p.a. Model AB412 and AB412 EP helicopters, requiring a one-time inspection of a cracked hoist support assembly and potential replacement with a serviceable part to address an unsafe condition.
