U.S. Court Postpones Effective Date of Health and Human Services Grants Regulation

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has delayed the implementation of parts of the final rule on amendments to the Uniform Administrative Requirements, originally set to take effect on February 2, 2021, in the case of Facing Foster Care et al. v. HHS (21-cv-00308).
