The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is updating its VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) to align with changes in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and to remove outdated procedures, incorporating new regulations and policies into the VA Acquisition Manual (VAAM).
