U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Rule to Authorize Incidental Take of Migratory Birds

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing a rule to allow for the incidental killing of migratory birds under certain conditions, in an effort to reduce human-caused mortality and provide more certainty for the public.
