US Department of Commerce Determines Countervailable Subsidies on Utility Scale Wind Towers from India

The US Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers and exporters of utility scale wind towers are receiving subsidies, which could harm US wind tower manufacturers, and has set a final countervailing duty rate of 72.03% on these imports.
