EPA Ordered to Publish Comprehensive State Implementation Plans Under Proposed Consent Decree

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been ordered to assemble and publish comprehensive documents outlining state implementation plans (SIPs) for all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and several territories, following a proposed consent decree in Our Children's Earth Foundation v. Regan, No. 20-cv-8530 (N.D. Cal.).
