FHWA Extends Comment Period for Re-Designation of Primary Highway Freight System

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is extending the comment period for the Re-Designation of the Primary Highway Freight System (PHFS) notice until December 15, 2021, following feedback from Department of Transportation (DOT) stakeholders.
