Bureau of Reclamation Corrects Final Rule on Electric Bikes

The Bureau of Reclamation has published a correction to its 2020 final rule on electric bikes, which was intended to exclude e-bikes from the definition of off-road vehicles, following the discovery of an editorial error in the definitions section.
