Air Plan Approval; California; Ventura County Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate emissions of volatile organic compounds from surface cleaning and degreasing operations, as well as batch loaded vapor degreasing operations, under the Clean Air Act (CAA). The EPA will accept public comments on the proposal before making a final decision.
