Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for Foreign-Built Vessel IRON GRYPHON (Motor); Invitation for Public Comments

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to determine the eligibility of a foreign-built vessel, the IRON GRYPHON (Motor), to carry passengers for hire in the U.S. The vessel, which can carry up to 12 passengers, is expected to operate under a U.S. flag.
