Florida Department of Transportation Seeks Public Comment on Eastern Indigo Snake Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from the Florida Department of Transportation for an incidental take permit to construct the Suncoast Parkway 2, which may harm eastern indigo snakes, and requests public comment on the proposed habitat conservation plan.
