EPA Grants Petition to Object to Texas Power Plant Operating Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator signed an order on October 15, 2021, granting a petition from the Environmental Integrity Project and Sierra Club to object to a Clean Air Act operating permit issued to Oak Grove Management Company for its Oak Grove Steam Electric Station in Robertson County, Texas.
