Susquehanna River Basin Commission Reschedules Public Hearing

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission has rescheduled a public hearing for December 2, 2021, due to technical issues with the original November 4th hearing. The Commission will hear testimony on several projects and proposals, including a policy on Fee Incentives for the Withdrawal and Consumptive Use of AMD Impacted Waters & Treated Wastewater, and a proposed Letter of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
