Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Head Restraints - Reconsideration and Technical Corrections

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has partially granted and partially denied petitions for reconsideration of its 2007 head restraint standard, while also making technical corrections to the rule, in response to petitions for rulemaking and reconsideration of its 2004 head restraint standard.
