PBGC Proposes Changes to System of Records Notice

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is proposing amendments to its Reasonable Accommodation Records system, expanding its scope to include records of requests for accommodation based on sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
