Export-Import Bank of the United States Proposes New System of Records Notice

The Export-Import Bank of the United States is proposing a new system of records notice, EXIM 21-02 Reasonable Accommodation Records, to maintain records of requests for accommodation based on physical and mental disabilities and sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
