Kansas: Notice of Modification to Kansas' Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) Permit Provisions for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (MSWLF)

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has submitted a notification to the EPA regarding a modification to its Research, Development and Demonstration (RD&D) program for municipal solid waste landfills, allowing for up to six permit renewals of up to 21 years. The EPA has acknowledged receipt of the notification and confirmed it meets the requirements set forth in the Federal Register document published on May 10, 2016.
