Air Plan Approval; ID; West Silver Valley Redesignation to Attainment for the 2012 Annual PM2.5 Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is redesignating the West Silver Valley, Idaho nonattainment area to attainment for the 2012 annual fine particulate matter (PM 2.5 ) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) and approving a maintenance plan that ensures continued attainment through 2031. This decision was made in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
