EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances Under Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing new rules requiring companies to notify the agency 90 days prior to manufacturing or processing certain chemicals for a new use, in order to assess potential risks to public health and the environment.
