EPA Denies Petition to Regulate Hazardous Chemicals in Cosmetics

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has denied a petition from William D. Bush, requesting that it determine the hazardous chemicals in cosmetics pose an unreasonable risk to health and the environment, and issue a rule to eliminate them.
