Medicaid Program; Delay of Effective Date for Provision Relating to Manufacturer Reporting of Multiple Best Prices Connected to a Value Based Purchasing Arrangement; Delay of Inclusion of Territories in Definition of States and United States

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has delayed the implementation of a rule requiring pharmaceutical manufacturers to report multiple best prices connected to a value-based purchasing arrangement for six months, until July 1, 2022, and the inclusion of U.S. territories in the definition of states and the United States for nine months, until January 1, 2023.
