Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Morrison Bridge Operating Schedule

The US Coast Guard is proposing modifications to the operating schedule of the Morrison Bridge across the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, to allow for painting and preservation of the bridge, and invites public comments on the proposed rulemaking.
