Minor Boundary Revision at Lowell National Historical Park

The boundary of Lowell National Historical Park has been modified to include two parcels of land totaling approximately 1.66 acres in Lowell, Massachusetts, following an agreement between the US government and the City of Lowell, where the US acquired an easement in exchange for federal property interests.
