U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Extends Comment Period for Critical Habitat Rule

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the comment period for its proposed rule to rescind the final rule on designating critical habitat by 15 days, from October 27, 2021, to November 11, 2021.
