Atlantic Shark Identification Workshops and Protected Species Safe Handling Requirements

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will hold free Atlantic Shark Identification Workshops and Safe Handling, Release, and Identification Workshops in January, February, and March 2022 for fishermen and shark dealers to meet regulatory requirements and maintain valid permits, with additional online recertification options available in the fall of 2021.
