SEC Proposes New System of Records for Public Health and Safety Information

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is proposing a new system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974 to collect information from various individuals and groups in response to public health emergencies, with the goal of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
