Air Plan Approval; Illinois; 2008 Ozone Moderate VOC RACT for Chicago; Correction

The Illinois State Implementation Plan has been corrected to accurately reflect the moderate volatile organic compound (VOC) reasonably available control technology (RACT) requirements under the Clean Air Act for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards in Chicago.
