Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission to Resume In-Person Hearings

The Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission will resume in-person hearings starting January 3, 3022, and will continue until June 30, 2022, or an earlier date determined by the Commission's Office of the Chief Administrative Law Judge, as announced on the Commission's website (www.fmshrc.gov).
